I'm SO sorry to hear about Dermott, Robyn! Since I know you, he has been right there beside you and I'll miss his presence. Buit I beleive our beloved pets wait for us somewhere hereafter and we will see them and hug them again one day...I'm looking forward to that day.

All the best Dermott photos!

Dermott was such a HUGE character - I've felt like I've known him well for years and will really miss him. I bet the whole town must be feeling his loss.

Cosmo says he'll miss him too.......

These photos are such a wonderful tribute to a dog with the sweetest nature. Though I never met Dermott his character comes through so clearly. I'm so sorry he's gone but , as you said, his life was well lived and he was very much loved.

Oh, no! I'm sorry to hear that Dermott has gone to join Snowy! Big hugs to you and The Gardener.
Ps.: I still remember that little video you showed us - Snowy welcoming Dermott when he came to live at your place. :)

He WAS endlessly loved. What a large and gorgeous physical presence he was, even in his last days when I saw him.
And I was so moved by how he elicited such devotion from you and Graeme. Endless love, indeed.

I am so sorry to hear about Dermott. He was such a beautiful dog and such a presence in your lives. I love seeing him in so many stages...it is hard to believe that he was once so small. I'm glad I got to meet him in person when I visited. Great tribute!

I feel devastated. I can't imagine how you feel. Dermott was such a personality! Castiglione Fiorentino should raise a statue to him and include his little pal Snowy.
